Return Policy

Our themes are digital products and cannot be refunded once you have access to the code (immediately after purchase). When you buy a theme, you'll receive access to all future updates and basic support to resolve any theme-related issues.

Modifications

Please note that the theme price does not include any modifications. If you need custom adjustments, feel free to use our contact form. We will be happy to provide an offer or, at our discretion, make the modifications for free.

Contact delay

Please note that our response time may be up to 48 hours on business days. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as quickly as possible to assist with your request.

Support over collaborator access

When resolving a support request, we may need access to your theme. We achieve this through Shopify's collaborator access system. If we need to access your theme, we will ask for your 4-digit Collaborator Request Code, which you can find in the "Users & Permissions" section of your Store administration. We will then use this code to request access to the necessary parts of your store administration (typically the "Themes" and "Theme's code").

Please, do not add our email accounts as a store staff.
